Mediterranean classics with a twist
We found this well-designed restaurant accidentally when we were walking around El Cabanyal and its Market close to the seaside. This restaurant is located very close to the market. They have traditional Spanish food with a twist to made it more contemporary.
The place itself was designed by a Valencian interior designer studio, Studio Paloma Bau, very stylish and welcoming.
The staff is very kind, however only speaks Spanish so prepare your dictionary!
A Live!Bar completing the gastronomic experience. The restaurant has their own winery, brewery and signature coctails with which the creative tapas dishes can be harmonised.
