Aeropuerto de Valencia (VLC)
Aeropuerto de Valencia (VLC), also known as Manises Airport, is the tenth-busiest Spanish airport in terms of passengers and second in the Valencian Community after Alicante. It is situated 8 km west of the city of Valencia, in Manises.
The airport has two terminals: the Terminal Principal, which a single runway with orientation 12/30, and consists of the T1 and the T2, where national and international flights operate; and the Terminal de Aviación Regional, dedicated exclusively to regional flights. It also has a terminal for general aviation and a cargo terminal.
The main airline operating at the airport is Air Nostrum (a franchise of Iberia Regional). Other airlines that operate at the airport include Ryanair, Vueling, EasyJet, and Norwegian.
The airport is well-connected to the city of Valencia by bus, metro, and taxi. The bus journey takes around 20 minutes, the metro journey takes around 40 minutes, and the taxi journey takes around 15 minutes.
