Plaza de Manises

Plaza de Manises is the crossing point of the norht and west entrances of the city, meeting point of two main streets, Calle del Serranos and Calle Caballeros. 
There is the 5 star Lladró Hotel, the Palace of the Generalitat Valencia and the Palace of the Marquis de la Scala. 
The Palace of the Generalitat is the building of the government of teh Valencian Community. It is dating back to the 15th century (1421) and was always some political institute. 
The Palace of the Marquis de la Scala was built in the 16th century in the 17th and 18th century it underwent notable transformations, mixing Valencian Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque.
