Traditional Valencia Cuisine
Restaurante Casa Carmela is a family owned restaurant for four generations, founded in 1922 and located just a few steps away from Malvarrosa beach. Wood-fired paellas are the speciality of the restaurant. There are 20 different types of rice dishes. They keep continue preparing Valencian paella following the steps of the owner's grandmother, Carmen's recipe. The only use wood of the orange trees and the freshest ingredients to make perfectly thin layer of rice and moky firewood taste that have elevated this dish to an icon of Valencian cuisine.
